Back-to-school season is right around the corner, and there's no better way to celebrate your child's journey than with a stunning photo session!

As parents of three kids Denniss and I know how quickly these precious moments fly by. That's why we're offering limited spots for our Back-to-School Photo Sessions. Whether it's their first day of kindergarten or their final year of high school, let's make it memorable with beautiful portraits that will last a lifetime.

Because it’s so hot this time of year, sessions will be held during the early morning beginning at 7am and running through 8:45, and 630 PM and running through 8PM on either July 12 or July 13 and possibly in August, based on what you share in the questionnaire below. Back to School mini sessions will be held in Port Republic, MD.

What’s included

My goal of these sessions is to make them as affordable for my clients who love these sessions.

The session fee will start at $100.

Each additional child is $25.

1 child = $100

4 children = $175 make sense?

You'll receive 5 digital files with the basic package. For bigger families, such as one with 4 kids, each child will have 1-2 solo photos and possibly a group picture.

These sessions are not going to run like your typical mini-session marathon. The pace will vary based on the number of children during your session time. Larger families will have a bit extra time. Nothing feels more not-fun than a mom arriving to a session all flustered because she was running late and only has 15 minutes.

After booking, you'll choose a time window of about a two hour period, and I'll schedule each family according to size to ensure I can direct my attention to each family as they need.

These mini sessions could last anywhere from 10 minutes to 25 depending on your family size.

Now, let’s resume are regularly scheduled summer programing.

I’ll be offering two different types of back to school sessions.

The first is with a vintage school desk and props (as shown above). The other is a Fine Art School Portrait. These are essentially really nice headshots. Great for even babies so long as they can sit on their own. (If you’re booking a session with a baby - please let me know a head of time so that I can be sure to have the appropriate set.
